How does this program work?

Debt Settlement works by reducing the balance owed (principal) on your unsecured personal debt accounts through creditor negotiation. What happens to my credit?

In general, your credit score will decline during the program, and will begin to improve again after you have become debt-free. While going through the debt settlement program, we recommend against applying for new credit. It doesn’t make sense to take on new debt will clearing your existing debt. By completing a debt settlement program, your debt-to-income ration will improve. The effects of debt settlement on your credit will be less damaging that the derogatory mark made by bankruptcy.

 

Can you stop my creditors from calling me?

It is not possible to stop all creditor calls. If any company guarantees they will, it is a red flag! We take the steps to reduce creditor calls.
